Canteen
All canteens in NSW public schools must meet certain requirements. These include providing more healthy food and drink options – to make the healthy choice an easy choice for students. Visit Healthy school canteens to learn more.
The school has an outstanding canteen facility. It has a ‘Healthy Canteen’ philosophy. Our canteen will operate every day for students to order their lunches. It will be open from 8:30 am – 9am, at lunch from 11.00am – 11.40am and at recess 1.40pm – 2.00pm for students to purchase snacks.
All students are encouraged to bring healthy foods to school every day. This is reinforced through our K-6 Personal Development, Health and Physical Education learning programs.
N.B. We encourage all students to bring food to school in reusable containers. This reduces waste and is more environmentally friendly. All lunch boxes, drinks and lids should be clearly labelled with your child’s name.
